All orders placed with us are pre-orders (with the exception of our Leftovers sales).

Our standard lead time is 18-25 business days after a sale has ended.

Frequently Asked Questions

If a return/exchange needs to be made, please send an email within 14 days of your package delivery to orders@graveyardgoods.com. The item must be unworn/unwashed. The items must be sent back to us in the condition in which they were received. If they are covered in hair/have a strong odor etc. and are unsellable, you will not be granted an exchange/refund.

You have 14 days from when your package was delivered to inquire about a return or exchange. From there, you have an additional 14 day window to mail back the item(s). We do not provide return shipping labels, the cost to return the item will be your responsibility.

 

Returns- once the item is received and inspected, a refund of the item only, excluding any shipment costs will be initiated. We do not refund shipping costs as the service has already been rendered. You will be contacted via email to be notified of the refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Once the item sent back for an exchange is received within the 14 day window, your replacement item will be shipped out the same or next business day, with the exception of weekends and Holidays. You will be contacted via email with your new tracking number. We will cover the cost to mail a new item to you. 

 

In the event that we make an error by sending the wrong size or item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs to send the correct item as well as a prepaid return label for us to receive the incorrect item.

An email notification will be sent when the shipping label has been printed, this email will contain your tracking number. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your tracking number to be updated by USPS from the time you've received the email.

Customers are responsible for contacting USPS in the event that the package has been marked as delivered but was not received. Graveyard Goods is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages.

 

In the event that the package is being Returned To Sender, please contact us via email so we can keep an eye out for your package and in turn get it mailed back to you. If the address provided at checkout was incorrect, causing the package to be returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the postage to resend you order.

We anticipate our turnaround times to change and become much sooner than the previous 3-8 weeks for your package to arrive. 

Please send us an email orders@graveyardgoods.com with both order numbers so that we can combine your orders and refund the appropriate amount of the shipping cost. This is only possible if both orders are from the same sale.

Changes to garment sizes or quantities can be made while a sale is still live. With the exception of sold out limited releases, garments can also be swapped for other variants while a sale is live. Please contact us via email to inquire about making a change.

 

After a sale has ended, any size or quantity changes will need to be made via an exchange after delivery. This is due to operating on a pre-order basis. We cannot guarantee we will have the size or item needed for your exchange after we've ordered our inventory after the sale has ended.
