Well, since you asked so nicely! We work on a limited pre-order basis. We do limited sales for 48-72 hours on weekends, usually 3-4 times a month. This means we keep very limited inventory apart from leftover stock. The reason for this is primarily due to space, as we run this business out of our house and simply can't keep the volume of apparel we go through on a regular basis. 

This will change over time, as we grow and get into a bigger space. Until then, keep an eye on our instagram and our home page for drop dates!

We work on a pre-order system. All items go into the production schedule the day after sales end. Our lead time provided is 18-25 business days after a sale has ended. This does not include weekends or holidays.

While we love this business, and we also love you, we do need our own creepy and cozy family time. Email response time Saturday-Sunday is anywhere from 24-48 hours. We check as often as we can, and respond in the order of which inquiries are received. Don't worry, we will NEVER neglect you.

Expect a response by Monday afternoon latest. 

Yes, we accept returns under some conditions. You must request a return via email within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be unwashed and unworn, and in the manner of which they were received. (Covered in cat hair or smelling like cigarettes is not the manner of which it was received!) 

You have 30 days to mail the item back to us from the date which your return process was started. Once received, we will issue a refund.
